Instrument Cluster Testing

ALPHR Technology has a deep understanding of assembly and test environments for instrument clusters and instrument panel manufacture. We provide flexibility in machine configuration from simple assembly benches to highly-complex automated rotary machines and palletised systems. Quality is controlled throughout the process using barcode readers, vision systems, and sensors. We also work closely with our clients to ensure systems are user-centric, with automated work instructions and embedded poka-yoke checking.
